Lodging: Nestled in the tropical jungle, a mere 2-minute walk from the beach, are our beautiful accommodations. Inspired by the tropical getaways of eras gone by, the attention to detail at this small resort will bring you to ease. There is a wonderful pool, and all rooms have a/c and fans, as well as refrigerators, and wi-fi access. The small yoga/surf community of Nosara is close by with markets, cafes, and artisans.
Food: The lodge is home to a wonderful restaurant with fare utilizing fresh, local ingredients to create a variety of delicious fusion dishes.
Taking its cue from a harmonious way of living, the kitchen cooks up local seafood, and organic fruits and vegetables. This means a menu of options flavored by the exotic likes of wild ginger, taro, banana, plantains, mango, coconut and black beans and rice.
In addition to the main restaurant, La Cafeteria provides vegetarian tapas, fresh squeezed juices and herbal teas. .
There are also a number of very good restaurants in our little surf town, with wide ranging fares that we will have access to.
Massage/Spa: The lodge has a massage therapist in residence. Get loosened up before or after yoga, or get worked on after a day in the surf.
There is also a spa on site, offering a number of treatments.

Activity Description
Surfing:
Famous around the world for its consistency and year ‘round pristine warm waters, Nosara is an amazing surfing destination. Miles of beach break, with a number of peaks insure that the crowds are never a problem. This is the perfect longboard/shortboard wave with plenty of medium size surf. Perhaps the most consistent spot on the coast, Nosara delivers waves 95+ percent of the time, and often while the rest of the coast is flat, Nosara is still pushing through some fun sets.
You will receive personalized instruction each day.
Yoga: You will have access to private classes each day at the lodge. Your instructor will work with you on a personal level to be sure that your yoga practice is suiting your goals.
